Readers of all ages are invited to swim, boat, or wade, (or walk, bike, or drive) their way to Hull Park for the District-Wide Finale Celebration! We have navigated our way through the Oceans of Possibilities theme, celebrating our region's lakes and waterways. This year's Finale Celebration will be even more fun.
Our schedule of events will go as follows:
- 6 - 7 PM: Join us in Hull Park for games and activities, including TADL Departments and libraries, as well as The Painted Lady Face Painting, Challenge Island NW MI, Newton's Road and TC Double Bubble. Participate in STEM Challenges and other, fun activities at these stations.
- Be sure to find the blue TADL tent to enter into our Family Prize drawings for great items like GT YMCA Family Membership (1 month +), Annual Family Membership to the Dennos Museum, Waboba Beach Games, Great Wolf Lodge overnight stay, and Great Wolf Lodge day passes (set of 5).
- 7 PM: Mr. Andy and Ms. Michele announce the Finishers' Prize winners of this year's Summer Library Challenge.
- Patrons must earn 600 points by July 31st to qualify for the Finale drawings.
- Prize categories: Family Prizes (must be present to win), Reader, Teen, and Adult (do not need to be present to win these).
- 7:30 PM: The celebration ends.
You do not need to finish the Summer Library Challenge to attend our Finale program.
